Delegates and Club representatives: Chris Simmons (Bude and NC), Barbara Barlow (Budock Vean), Lyn Chitty (Cape Cornwall), Pat Crowson (Killiow), Bridget Christophers (Launceston), Jenny Dunbar (Looe), Jane Haytread (Merlin), Jill Simmons (Mullion), Chris Smith (Newquay), Jacquie Lang (Perranporth), Brenda Morton (Porthpean), Judy Harris (Praa Sands), Jan Bridges (St. Austell), Sheila Baker (St.Kew), Moyra Evans (St.Mellion), Maggie Day (Polzeath), Jane Watts (Trevose) Joyce Pinhey (Whitsand Bay).

  1. Minutes of Delegates Meeting held on 24th Feb. 2016 – (already circulated) - to be confirmed.

The County Captain signed the Minutes as a true and accurate record.

  1. Matters Arising
  1. Handicap Workshop: Mary Robson did not attend the meeting, and so the report could not be delivered. However, a number of delegates had attended the Handicap Workshop, and commented that it had been useful and worthwhile. Hopefully there will be other such occasions as the new Handicap system develops.
  2. Use of Buggies Angela drew the attention of delegates to the updated list of buggy certificate holders provided for them to collect, and asked them to remind their members of the need to renew certificates annually if they wanted to able to use a buggy in County competitions. There were a number of occasions in 2015/16 when players had been needed, especially for League matches, and had to hastily renew a lapsed certificate. Displaying the list in the locker room, for example, might serve as a reminder and avoid any unnecessary problems in the future.
